Beckett Graded Pokemon Trading Cards

The Beckett scoring system looks at 5 items and uses an algorithm to determine the score for their cards. The Black Label is the most sought after version of any card and this means that the card is perfect in all 5 of their criteria, a very small cards in the world even come close to that score, let alone have it. Take a look at their website or join up with an account to see scored cards and population counts. As always look at the card yourself and make sure you know what you’re buying regardless.

Beckett Statment

The overall numerical grade is not a simple average of the four report card grades. Beckett Grading Services uses an algorithm which determines the final grade using the 4 sub grades on the front label of the card holder. The lowest overall grade is the first category to observe because it is the most obvious defect, and the lowest grade is the most heavily weighted in determining the overall grade.
